Across branches
Kade syncs over the shop network by default. If you run more than one location, you can turn on syncing over the internet in Administration. It is optional, and traffic between your PCs is end-to-end encrypted.

Security and records
Signed, tamper-evident records
Every change is recorded as a signed record, so any later alteration can be detected.
Per-PC document numbers
Each PC has its own code in the document numbers it issues, so two PCs never issue the same number.
Roles and permissions
Owner, Manager and Cashier roles decide who can sell, discount, void or see the numbers.
An audit log nobody can edit
Sign-ins, voids, discounts and price changes are logged. Not even the owner can delete entries.
Encrypted, verified backups
Backups are integrity-checked, compressed and encrypted with your backup password.
Your data is never locked
After the 90-day trial, Kade becomes read-only until you buy: you can still view, report, export and back up.
