What support includes
Your licence comes with the first year of support. A renewal gives you the same for another 1 year.
- Help by email, phone and WhatsApp
- Fixes and every new version of Kade
- Change requests: modifications and customisations to fit how your business works
We handle unlimited reasonable change requests. Larger features are scoped together first. How customisation works
Without support: Kade keeps working forever on the version you have. Renew any time to get help, updates and changes again; a lapsed renewal starts on the day you pay.
