[Photos] Three players are in severe condition after an accident involving a Division 2 club

Following an accident at Huni Valley, three players from Royal Jet Football Club, a Division 2 club situated in Atieku Akyempim in the Wassa East District of the Western Region, are in critical condition at the Tarkwa Government Hospital.

After losing 2-0 against Tarkwa United of Division 2 at Tarkwa, the team was returning to their base.

John Issah, the team captain, was one of the three players. The driver’s condition is also thought to be critical.
According to a report obtained by Connect FM, the team bus was struck by a speeding taxi near Huni Valley, forcing the vehicle to tumble.

The injured were brought to the Tarkwa Government Hospital and are currently undergoing treatment.
The Huni Valley Clinic was sent to the other players.
